Hi, My name is Alix Faden a certified Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the founder of ALL for wellness. Growing up in the sport of gymnastics I had a twisted view on food, nutrition and fueling my body. It wasn't until later in life that I came to my own realization that food and a healthy balanced lifestyle could be utilized to harness energy and in turn my fullest potential and healthiest self. Throughout my own health journey I learned that health encompassed so much more than the food we consume. It's the people we hang out with, the information we digest, the adventures we go on, the experiences we have, and the beliefs we feed ourselves. We have so much ability to control our own destiny and create our best lives and I want to help you do just that.
